Creamy Carrot and Potato Soup
A silky and velvety soup that's simple to prepare and very comforting, made with carrots and potatoes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrot
- 300 g Potato
- 100 g Ham
- 1 L Water
- 20 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into pieces.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil and add vegetables and diced ham.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 5
Add butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
