Creamy Carrot and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add the carrots and cauliflower. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
