- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 200 ml Milk
- 400 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add all the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour the water and cook covered for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Pour in the milk and blend the soup until smooth.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
