Creamy Carrot, Broccoli and Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Potatoes
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot and add all the vegetables.
Step 3
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
