Creamy Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 250 g Broccoli
- 1 l Water
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Grated Parmesan
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot, add the carrots, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water, add the broccoli, and cook for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with grated Parmesan.
