Creamy Carrot and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 350 g Chicken
- 100 g Cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, melt the butter and add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cover with water. Simmer for 15 minutes until the carrots are very tender.
Step 4
Remove from heat and blend finely with the cheese until you have a creamy soup. Season with salt and pepper.
