Creamy Carrot, Apple and Chicken Soup
A velvety and comforting soup blending the sweetness of carrots and apples with chicken. Serve piping hot on cold days.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 500 g Carrot
- 2 piece Apple
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small dice and peel and cube the carrots and apples.
Step 2
Brown the chicken for 5 minutes in a pot with butter.
Step 3
Add carrots, apples and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes until everything is very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
