Creamy Carrot and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 L Water
- 30 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into chunks.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter and pour in the water. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the carrots and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
