Creamy Broccoli and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Broccoli
- 200 g Chicken
- 1 l Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken and cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken in butter in a skillet for 3 minutes, then add it to a pot with water.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook covered for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
