Creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup
A velvety and soothing soup made with broccoli and cauliflower, blended smooth and enriched with a touch of cream for indulgence.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Carrots
- 1 l Water
- 1 cube Vegetable bouillon cube
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a pot with the bouillon cube.
Step 3
Add all the vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, mix gently, and serve hot.
