Creamy Broccoli and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrot into rounds.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 12 minutes until tender.
