Creamy Broccoli and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 600 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 50 ml Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots in a pot with butter for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and pour in the water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until completely smooth.
Step 5
Stir in the sour cream, heat for 2 minutes, and serve.
