Creamy Broccoli and Carrot Soup

- 300 g Broccoli
- 3 piece Carrot
- 800 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the carrots and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper. Let cook for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup with the grated cheese until smooth.
