Creamy Spinach and Broccoli Soup
A comforting French-style creamed soup, blended until silky smooth with fresh spinach and broccoli. Perfect for a light and healthy dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spinach
- 200 g Broccoli
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and roughly chop the spinach.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the broccoli and spinach, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes until the broccoli is very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, add the grated Gruyère. Mix well and serve hot.
