Creamy Asparagus and Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Asparagus
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 1 l Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces. Wash the spinach.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the asparagus and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the water and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes until the asparagus is tender.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
