Creamy Asparagus-Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Asparagus
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into 2-3 cm pieces and clean the spinach.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pot and add the asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spinach and water, let simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve hot immediately.
