Creamy Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrots
- 800 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Pour in the water and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
