Korean Spicy Shrimp and Kimchi Soup
A piquant, fermented kimchi broth garnished with shrimp and zucchini. A seafood take on jjigae that's quick and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 350 g peeled shrimp
- 150 g kimchi
- 1 piece zucchini
- 3 pieces green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into half-rounds and mince the green onions. Coarsely chop the kimchi.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan. Sauté the kimchi for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, soy sauce, and 500 ml water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
