Hearty Vegetable and Meat Soup
A generous soup with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and ground beef. Perfect for a quick winter meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Ground beef
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 l Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes, mince the carrots and mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the ground beef for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the vegetables, pour in the water, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
