Chocolate-Carrot Pasta Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 80 g Small pasta (ditalini or penne)
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 600 ml Vegetable broth or water
- 10 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pot, add the carrots and pour in the broth.
Step 3
Simmer for 10 minutes until the carrots soften.
Step 4
Add the pasta and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the soup, and stir well until completely dissolved.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
