Comforting Carrot and Apple Soup

Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 2 piece Apples
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and apples into chunks.
Step 2
Place in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Simmer for 15-18 minutes until the vegetables are very tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
