Carrot, Celery, and Beet Soup
A smooth and nourishing homemade soup, ideal for winter and wonderfully comforting to eat.

Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- 200 g Celery stalks
- 200 g Beets
- 1.5 L Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut all vegetables into uniform pieces
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pot and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes
Step 3
Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 20 minutes
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot
