Carrot and Pasta Shell Soup
A comforting French soup made with cooked carrots and small pasta shells. Easy to digest and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrot
- 100 g Pasta shells
- 1 L Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into rounds.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots for 2 minutes in butter in the pot.
Step 3
Pour in the water, bring to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Add the pasta shells and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
