Carrot-Celery Curry Soup

Ingredients
- 3 medium Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery stalk
- 0.5 tsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 liter Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots into chunks. Cut celery into sections.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot and add curry powder.
Step 3
Add carrots and celery, stir for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Blend soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Season and serve.
