Broccoli-Carrot Soup with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 300 g Carrot
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth.
Step 5
Serve in bowls and generously top with grated Gruyère.
