Beet and Soft Bread Soup

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Beet
- 2 slices Soft bread
- 750 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the beets into cubes.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the beets, and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shredded soft bread and cook for 3 more minutes.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with a drizzle of oil.
