Spinach and Pasta Soup
A simple, warming, and nutritious soup. Fresh spinach combined with small pasta in a flavorful broth, ready in less than 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Pasta
- 30 g Parmesan
- 15 g Butter
- 800 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot and salt it.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fresh spinach (or thawed frozen spinach) and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 4
Add the butter and stir. Season generously.
Step 5
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
