Asian Fennel-Broccoli Lentil Soup
A light and aromatic soup inspired by Asian soups, combining fennel, broccoli, and lentils. Warm, comforting, and packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 150 g Lentils
- 250 g Fennel
- 200 g Broccoli
- 1 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the fennel and cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the fennel for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lentils, water, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 6
Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
