Asian Lentil and Fennel Soup
A delicate and warming soup combining lentils and fennel, inspired by Asian flavors with a light and digestive touch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 300 g Fennel
- 1 l Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils. Finely slice the fennel.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the fennel for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lentils and water, bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until the lentils are cooked.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
