Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 200 g Broccoli
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 1000 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 15 ml Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa under cold running water.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil in a pot with salt.
Step 3
Add the quinoa and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the soup.
Step 5
Continue cooking for 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
