French Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Onions
- 40 g Butter
- 600 ml Water
- 4 slices Bread slices
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the onions.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onions.

Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly until caramelized.
Step 4
Pour in the water, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
