An explosive Thai salad of shredded green papaya tossed with a tangy-spicy sauce, peanuts, dried shrimp, and perfectly balanced flavors.

Ingredients
- 400 g Green papaya
- 100 g Cherry tomato
- 40 g Peanuts
- 20 g Dried shrimp
- 2 piece Lime
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 piece Fresh red chili
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cane sugar
- 2 piece Green onion
- 50 g Long bean
Instructions
Step 1
In a mortar, lightly pound the chili and garlic to release their aromas.
Step 2
Add sugar and dried shrimp, lightly pound.
Step 3
Add fish sauce and lime juice, mix well.
Step 4
Gradually add shredded papaya while gently pounding to preserve the texture.
Step 5
Add cherry tomatoes, long beans, and green onions. Toss gently.
Step 6
Serve in bowls and generously top with crushed peanuts. Serve immediately.
