Shakshuka with Feta and Spinach
Poached eggs in a fragrant paprika tomato sauce with wilted spinach and crumbled feta. A comforting Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients
- 4 piece Eggs
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 60 g Feta
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the onion and sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the crushed tomatoes and smoked paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the spinach and let it wilt for 2 minutes. Create 4 wells and crack the eggs into them.
Step 4
Cover and cook over low heat for 7 minutes. Crumble the feta on top before serving.
