Semolina with Vegetables and Mild Curry
Hearty couscous with semolina, plant-based ground meat, and vegetables cooked Indian-style. A flavorful simmered dish ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Semolina
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Avocados
- 2 stalk Celery stalks
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Onion
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the onion and sauté it in a pot with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the curry powder and mix well, then add the diced tomatoes and chopped celery.
Step 3
Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, and add the semolina in a thin stream while stirring.
Step 4
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
Add the sour cream, mashed avocado, salt, and pepper. Stir gently and serve hot.
