Turmeric Tofu and Egg Scramble
A creamy scramble combining silky tofu and eggs, spiced with turmeric and loaded with colorful bell peppers and spinach. An Indian-inspired protein-rich breakfast.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Eggs
- 150 g Silky tofu
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 80 g Fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the silky tofu with a fork. Dice the bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the bell pepper over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the crumbled tofu and turmeric, stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble everything together with the spinach until cooked to your liking.
