German-Style Pork Schnitzel
Breaded and fried pork cutlet served golden and crispy, traditionally accompanied by lemon sauce and potatoes.

Ingredients
- 3 piece Pork cutlets
- 100 g Flour
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 piece Lemon
- 600 g Potato
- 30 g Butter
- 300 ml Sunflower oil
- 15 g Fresh parsley
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
Step 2
Flatten the pork cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap using a meat mallet.
Step 3
Place flour on one plate, beaten eggs in a bowl, and breadcrumbs on another plate.
Step 4
Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
Step 5
Heat the oil to 170°C and fry the cutlets for 4 minutes until uniformly golden.
Step 6
Drain on paper towels. Serve with fresh lemon, butter, and potatoes.
