Thai Stir-Fry of Silken Tofu with Bell Peppers and Basil
Silken tofu pan-fried with colorful bell peppers and fresh Thai basil in a spicy sauce. A delicate and melt-in-your-mouth Thai dish that's quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 300 g silken firm tofu
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper
- 1 bunch fresh Thai basil
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Carefully cut the tofu into 3 cm cubes. Slice the bell peppers into strips. Strip the basil leaves.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Gently place the tofu cubes and sear for 3 minutes without stirring too much.
Step 3
Add the curry paste and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring gently.
Step 4
Remove from heat, add the Thai basil, gently combine and serve.
