Thai-Style Stir-Fried Squid with Holy Basil
Tender squid stir-fried with bell pepper, green beans and Thai basil in a spicy sauce. Street food from Bangkok brought straight to your kitchen.

Ingredients
- 350 g cleaned squid
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 150 g green beans
- 15 leaf Thai basil
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 1 piece fresh red chili
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the squid into rings. Slice the bell pepper into strips and the chili into rounds. Cut the green beans into pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the squid for 1 minute, then add the bell pepper and green beans. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fish sauce and chili, toss for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add the Thai basil and serve immediately.
