Quick Stir-Fried Firm Tofu with Green Beans and Peanuts
Crispy firm tofu cubes with crunchy green beans and roasted peanuts in a garlicky sauce. An ultra-quick and addictive Chinese-Vietnamese wok dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 200 g Green beans
- 1 piece Onion
- 30 g Unsalted peanuts
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the firm tofu into 2 cm cubes. Trim the green beans and cut into sections. Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Sear the tofu cubes for 4 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
Step 3
Add the garlic, onion, and green beans. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring actively.
Step 4
Pour in the tamari, add the peanuts, toss for 1 minute, and serve hot.
