Sautéed Semolina with Tomatoes and Avocado
A Mediterranean-inspired dish where semolina is pan-fried and topped with fresh tomatoes and creamy avocado.

Ingredients
- 150 g Semolina
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Avocado
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot and gradually add the semolina while stirring. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the tomatoes and dice the avocado.
Step 3
Sauté the cooked semolina in a pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 4
Add the crushed tomatoes, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve the semolina on plates and top with avocado pieces.
