Asian-Style Fried Rice with Vegetables and Ham
An Asian-inspired fried rice with broccoli, carrots, and ham, flavored with soy sauce and a touch of ginger. Delicious and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked white rice
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 150 g Ham
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and dice the carrots into small cubes. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Add carrots and broccoli, cook for 4 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
Add the rice and ham, stir well. Pour in the soy sauce and grated ginger.
Step 4
Cook for 6 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with pepper and serve hot.
