Shrimp and Mushroom Fried Rice
Quick stir-fried rice in a wok or skillet with shrimp, mushrooms and eggs. A simple and delicious Asian classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 250 g Shrimp
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Beat the eggs.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok or skillet, stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same wok, cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add the cooked rice.
Step 4
Mix well, make a well and add the beaten eggs. Stir until eggs are cooked.
Step 5
Return the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and mix for 1 minute.
