Vietnamese Stir-Fried Chicken with Lemongrass

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 stalk Lemongrass
- 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
- 1 piece Red onion
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 piece Fresh chili
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice lemongrass. Cut chicken into chunks, bell pepper into strips and onion into wedges.
Step 2
Sear chicken in oiled wok over high heat with lemongrass for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add bell pepper, onion and sliced chili. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with fish sauce, toss vigorously and serve immediately.
