Pan-Fried Chicken with Vegetables
A simple and nutritious dish where chicken is sautéed with carrots, broccoli, and potatoes for a complete meal in one pan.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 200 g Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 200 g Potato
- 30 ml Oil
- 100 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips, the potatoes into small cubes, and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Add the remaining vegetables, water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
