Stir-Fried Chicken with Asparagus and Sesame
An elegant Chinese wok dish: soy-glazed chicken, crisp green asparagus and black mushrooms, topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 200 g green asparagus
- 30 g dried black mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Rehydrate the black mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes. Slice the chicken and cut the asparagus into pieces.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in the wok. Sear the chicken with grated ginger for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the asparagus and drained mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, mix well and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
