Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 200 g broccoli
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 stems green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the pork. Cut the broccoli into small florets. Grate the ginger.
Step 2
Heat a wok over high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear the pork for 3 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Add the ginger and broccoli. Stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Deglaze with soy sauce and mirin. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve.
