- 400 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 30 ml Oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small dice, mince the garlic finely, and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and stir-fry the potatoes for 10 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and garlic, continue cooking for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add a splash of water, season to taste, and cook for 2 more minutes until everything is tender.
