Sautéed Lentils and Spinach with Garlic
An Asian-inspired, quick and flavorful skillet dish. High in protein and very simple to prepare.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked red lentils
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small sticks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Pour in the lentils and water, mix well.
Step 5
Add the spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
