Sautéed Lentils, Carrots and Spinach
A simple and colorful Asian-inspired dish where green lentils meet fresh sautéed vegetables. Flavorful and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g cooked green lentils
- 2 piece carrots
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- à volonté pinch salt
- à volonté pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into thin matchsticks.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Add the cooked green lentils and mix well, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for 4 minutes until wilted.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
