Stir-Fried Lentils with Spinach and Carrots
A quick and flavorful Asian-inspired dish with sautéed lentils and crispy vegetables.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked lentils
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 1 stalk Celery
- 25 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into thin batons. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add the carrots and celery, stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Pour in the cooked lentils, stir, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spinach and stir-fry for 2 minutes until wilted.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
